    I try my best to make sure there is no cross-contamination, although my cakes are made in an kitchen where other cakes containing eggs, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts & gluten are made, therefore, may contain traces of these allergens.

    All cakes are also Halal friendly.

  • The earlier, the better! Particularly if your event falls between Thursday - Sunday. These are the busiest days & book out quickly.

    I pride myself on creativity. I am happy to use images as a mood board but designs will not be replicated.

    The buttercream may lose its shape if its in warm a environment for too long.

    Just move the cupcakes into an airtight container.

  • Ensure your car is pre-chilled. Place your cake on a flat surface such as the footwell of the passenger seat, with full AC hitting the floor.

    Bring some towels to help cushion around the cake box to ensure it doesn’t slide around. For added stability, use a non-slip mat.

    While driving try your best to avoid steep ramps, sudden stops, quick starts, sharp turns & going fast over speed bumps.

    the blooms for your cake are cut & an hour before your pickup. Like any flowers that aren’t in water, they’ll wilt.

    I strongly advise you collect the cake as close as possible, to the start time of your event.

    I don’t allow other artists to finish my cakes, as my signature design includes a unique way I incorporate flowers into the cake.

    I also need to ensure that there is no contamination between the cake & floral stems. This is also why it’s important that I see this through the completion of the cake.

  • Once you have collected your cake, I am not liable for any damages. An additional fee may occur to fix damages.

    Luxe sprinkles!!! Please be aware that the larger designs may pose a hazard to teeth & choking hazard for anyone consuming. Supervision is required for adults with feeding difficulties & children.

    if you're running rudely late, I have zero obligation to remain at home until your order is collected. I do not provide refunds or replacements for orders if they are not collected on our agreed upon time & day.

    Cakes that are taller than 6’’ (includes tier cakes) will contain a board & multiple dowels to provide support. These should be removed before consumption.

    Non edible flowers & floral tape need to be removed before consumption.

    Floral variations may occur if flowers are out of season/unavailable, they will be replaced with a similar floral design (after a discussion with you).

    If you have a picture of a specific colour for your order design, i will do my best to match it. There however may be slight variations.

    My serving suggestion sizes are based on the portion provided in my price guide. I’m not held responsible if slices are cut larger than the recommended serve (therefore resulting in fewer serves).

    There may be some condensation on cake as it comes to room temperature.

    If there’s a failed payment for your invoice, your spot will automatically re-open up. You will need to check again if the space is still available before another payment attempt.

    Consume within 3 days of collection.

    Bulking Eden is a custom made-to-order home bakery. Therefore this is a non-refundable transaction.

    Cancellations outside of 2 weeks from your pickup date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your booking pickup date will be forfeited & is non-refundable.
